GNSS Store offers a 30-day return policy for all high-precision GPS and navigation equipment to ensure your technical requirements are fully met. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all factory-included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for your specific GNSS device.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original shock-resistant packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all antennas and cables are included.

• 3.
  Shipping and Documentation

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and include a copy of your RMA approval form inside the package for faster processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the hardware functionality and condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
