Yes, every purchase includes 30 days of complimentary technical support. Our engineers can assist with NMEA configuration, RTK settings, and firmware updates via email or remote session.

What is your return policy for sensitive electronic equipment?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging with all security seals intact. A restocking fee may apply to opened high-precision equipment.

Are your GNSS modules compatible with third-party software?
